I went to the Mind Body Spirit Northern Festival at Manchester’s G-Mex on Saturday. I had a wander around and found a stall run by a company called Creative Nature who sell herbs, teas, wheatgrass, incense and superfoods. And I am SO glad I went to their stall, otherwise I would still be in ignorance of Goji berries.

Goji berries (see picture below) are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. I could eat them every day for the rest of my life. However at the moment I can only order them online, so I shall have to calm myself down and ration myself to small doses. If you have £3.50 to spare then get yourself to the Creative Nature website and buy a little bag to try. If you don’t like them - post them to me, I’ll eat them!

The other nice thing I tried was Yacon (pictured below), which tastes a bit like dried apple - a superfood of the Andes. Not as moreish as the Goji berries but pretty nice nevertheless.

Now if you want to show you love me, yer can’t do worse than buying me a bag of Goji berries. : )
