The Oxjam Show is a new two hour show that hits the digital airwaves of Pulse Rated from Sunday 3rd September, 7-9pm.
Hosted by Rob Bailey and Gill Rickson, the Oxjam Show will bring you the latest up-to-date news on which bands and artists have signed up to play their part in Oxjam. There will be exclusive tracks, live music and interviews, as well as full updates on all the Oxjam gigs and events in your area, and throughout the UK.
Oxjam is Oxfam’s biggest most ambitious music event ever. Encouraging musicians and music lovers alike to put on and support gigs and events throughout the month of October, it’s all about making music – raising money – changing lives.
Big names such as The Automatic, Goldfrapp, Franz Ferdinand, and the Kaiser Chiefs, and Jamiroquai’s Jay Kay are already showing their support for the event, which is all about raising money to tackle poverty all over the world.
Pulse Rated has teamed up with Oxfam as an Oxjam official media partner. We’re encouraging the 1,500 new, unsigned, and emerging UK-based artists currently associated with us (as well as non-Pulse Rated artists) to get involved and stage gigs across the country to raise money for Oxfam.
