A treasured thing from my uni days…

EVERYONE - and I mean EVERYONE loves the paternoster lift in the library at the University of Essex. I just searched for videos of my old uni on YouTube, and found a great video (complete with loony soundtrack) of the lift itself. Ah, happy days…

    I hope the lift clip is sped up…otherwise it would take me 20mins to contemplate stepping on and 20mins to contemplate stepping off!

    Yeah, it’s sped up….uh, I think it is anyway. I’m getting old, it’s nearly 6 years since I left Essex Uni : )
