Healthy takeout
After leaving work tonight, I went to buy eyeshadow…and ended up buying takeout as well. It was a healthy takeout though.
I went to the wonderful Whole Foods Market in High St Kensington…anyone who’s half a foodie would faint with sheer delight at the smell and sight of this store.
If you’re macrobiotic, vegan, fruitarian, vegetarian, coeliac, raw foodist, organic, fairtrade, or just a plain old food lover, you will love this store. If you come to London, forget Harrods (hey, I’ve never been to Harrods and *I* cope in life) and just go here instead.
So, anyway, any new make-up I buy to replace something that’s run out I’m trying to buy a vegan version of it. I’ve got powder, foundation and mascara already, and the newest item is that good old staple, cream coloured eyeshadow.
But then I was hungry because I’d gone to the store straight after work, so I also bought some food to take home. Check it out below:

Above: sweet chili tofu, baby spinach, chickpea & aubergine salad, green olives, black olives, lentils, broccoli, sauerkraut*
*sauerkraut - not from Whole Foods, from a jar in my fridge : )
