Yummy yummy, in my tummy (volume 4)

This was today’s dinner:

Homemade vegan pizza w/a tomato and herb base, topped with vegan cheese, red onion, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, vegan pepperoni, a drizzle of aubergine pesto, and a dash of olive oil and black pepper.

Stick it with some salad and olives in a basil dressing, and voila. Yes, it was very nice. I made this for my dad as well (sans artichokes and olives) and he liked it too. He’s a committed meat eater, but will try my vegan creations as long as they aren’t too ‘exotic’ ; )
